Can I book just loading, transport and unloading?
Yes. If your belongings are ready to go, you can book just the move. Your quote will confirm loading, transport, unloading, access arrangements and the resources included.
What鈥檚 included in a standard business move?
Planning and coordination; packing, inventory and labeling; agreed furniture disassembly and reassembly; loading, transport and unloading; placement and unpacking; and a final walkthrough and handover. Your quote lists the materials, quantities, trips and schedule.
Is property cleaning included in my move?
Property cleaning is an optional extra. You can request move-out cleaning, move-in cleaning or both. Removal of packing materials used for the move is included in our standard business service.
Can you help with wall repairs or TV mounting?
Yes. You can request wall patching, painting and minor improvements, as well as mounting TVs, artwork, whiteboards and accessories. We assess the space, materials and work before providing a quote.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
Tell us where you鈥檙e moving from and to, your approximate date and what you need to move. Photos of your belongings and details about stairs, elevators and access restrictions are helpful, too.
How do I check availability for my move?
Share your locations and preferred date so we can check availability and the work involved. We鈥檒l coordinate timing around access at both properties.
